Through funding secured from Skillnets, the Restaurant & Hospitality Skillnet is running one day Customer Service Training courses in association with DTA Marketing.
Repeat business is the lifeblood of a restaurant. If customers are delighted with the experience they will tell their friends, return, spend more money and thank staff with tips and complements. Satisfied customers won’t notice the service and may not return. Dissatisfied customers will tell others, definitely not return and will probably complain.
To increase customer loyalty you need to ensure that the customer experience is more than what they expected. Customers must notice the difference and like it. TripAdvisor rankings are guaranteed to improve (case studies will be demonstrated).
