Location: Ballsbridge, Dublin 4
This role involves overseeing the running of the hotels Conference and Banquet operation.
A strong candidate will have the ability to select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, and discipline all employees, supervisors and assistant managers, in the Hotel's Banquet Department to ensure that established cultural and core standards are met.
The ability to be visible in the operation, provide recognition, promote good public relations, and handle complaints, concerns or special requests for guests, clients, and group contacts, is key to this role.
Maintaining labour control and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, purchasing decisions, and inventory and cash control will all play a significant role in this position.
