This is an exciting opportunity for someone with either training or operational managerial experience.
The ideal candidate will be a champion for Core and Culture Standards achievement through training, testing, campaigns, and initiatives.
Working with hotel management to identify performance gaps through the analysis of Glitch Reports, Guest Comment Cards and LQA, Coyle Reports Reviews and Development Plans.
They will have the ability to consult with managers to determine solutions to needs and implement change initiatives.
