This new opportunity will be ideal for a candidate who can plan, organize, direct and control the work of employees in the Hotel's Food & Beverage outlets while ensuring exceptional service and attention to guests.
Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline employees and managers in the hotel's restaurants and lounges to ensure that established cultural and core standards are met; long-range strategic planning for outlet operation.
They will control labour and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, purchasing decisions, and inventory control while focusing on creative revenue generation solutions to maximize profit.
As well as working closely with the Director of Food & Beverage, Executive Chef and Sous Chefs to design effective menus and wine list while ensuring excellent product quality.
