EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION
All the management team at Bijou has 'benefited' from the programme. This has filtered to floor and kitchen staff. There is a brilliant team effort and structures which were 'missing' or 'lost' are all now in operation. Andrew was top class and we would have no hesitation in holding any further training with this company.

DELIVERING CUSTOMER SERVICE STANDARDS
Brendan Colclough (Quantum Training) is an excellent facilitator for this one day course. As owners/employers it opened our eyes to possible mixed sales opportunities. We have since introduced new keys tasks and highlighted standards to be reached and maintained by our staff. Team briefs are now an everyday event. Floor staff found the day very beneficial.
