Commis Chef Level 6 Apprenticeship Programme
On successful completion of the Commis Chef Apprenticeship the apprentice is awarded a Level 6 Advanced Certificate in Culinary Arts.
Chef De Partie Level 7 Apprenticeship Programme
On successful completion of the Chef De Partie Apprenticeship the apprentice is awarded a Level 7 Bachelor of Arts in Culinary Arts.
Sous Chef Level 8 Apprenticeship Programme
On successful completion of the Sous Chef Apprenticeship the apprentice is awarded a Level 8 Honours Bachelor of Arts in Culinary Arts.
