Bar & Restaurant Management 
The Higher Certificate in Bar and Restaurant Management is a two year full-time programme that incorporates Bar and Restaurant practical and theoretical classes, all of which will facilitate the development of the knowledge and skills required to work in the Bar and Restaurant industry.

Professional Cookery — Stages 1, 2, and 3
This part-time programme is designed to enable students to enter the culinary sector and demonstrate abilities in the development, preparation and presentation of food products. Having completed Stage 1, the graduates will be equipped with specialised knowledge and skills necessary to operate at entry level in a culinary retail outlet or restaurant. They can then proceed to Stages 2 and 3 for further skill development and preparation for a career in cookery.

Hospitality Management
The overall aim of the 3 year, part-time BA Hospitality Management is to prepare learners academically and professionally, leading to employment at management level in the dynamic world of the hospitality industry.


Diploma in Restaurant Management – Athlone IT
This 1-year Diploma in Restaurant Management will give you the knowledge and skills necessary to pursue a career in the restaurant industry at management level.
