Senior Executive Development Programme
Restaurants Association of Ireland in partnership with Optimum Results are running a Senior Executive Development Programme Starting 26th September 2017.
This intensive and practical training programme has been tailored according to the specific needs of busy restaurant owners and managers. Attendees will participate in thought leadership discussions with peer leaders and industry and subject experts to question their own current perceptions and provoke new ways of thinking.
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF THIS PROGRAMME?
Experience an opportunity to renew and re-energise your approach to leadership and how you can have the desired and measurable impact on the business. Attendees will complete a business performance self-assessment audit on this programme. This provides the business leader with a “Health Check” of their business across the core business requirements for success and growth. An outcome of this programme includes a draft strategic plan and business plan for each participating company. This provides practical direction for the leader in how to drive their business forward and maximise business performance.

STRUCTURE OF THIS PROGRAMME
The approach taken with this programme is active learning through exploration and doing. The programme commences with the participants completing a business performance self assessment audit, followed by attendance at seven interactive peer workshops which address core topics for effective business leadership and success. The programme will include a Mentoring option whereby each participant can avail of one day of mentoring to support them with finalising and implementing their plan.
